1. Scope

These terms govern your use of {{SITE_DOMAIN}} and the Cadence digital products offered by {{SELLER_COMPANY}}. By purchasing or using the product you agree to them.

2. Who you are buying from

Our products are sold through Digistore24, which acts as the authorized reseller. Your purchase contract is concluded with Digistore24, and their terms and conditions, shown at checkout, apply to the payment, invoicing and the statutory right of withdrawal.

3. What the product is

Cadence is an educational digital product: written guides, checklists and templates that describe a personal and business organization system. It is delivered online and there is no physical shipment.

4. Prices and plans

All prices are shown in US dollars on the sales page and at checkout, and include any applicable taxes as calculated by Digistore24 for your country. Both front-end plans are one-time payments. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. Optional add-ons offered after purchase are also one-time payments, and their price is always stated in text before you confirm.

5. Delivery and access

Access is delivered online immediately after payment is confirmed. You receive an email containing your access details at the address you used at checkout. If it does not arrive within a reasonable time, check your spam folder and contact {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} and we will resend it.

6. Your license

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for yourself and, where the plan includes a business layer, within your own organization. You may print the templates and use them in your own work.

You may not resell, redistribute, publish, share your access with people outside your organization, or create derivative products from the materials without our written permission.

7. Your own notes and data

Anything you write while using the system — your notes, plans and completed templates — belongs to you. We do not require you to upload them and we do not claim any rights over them.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the materials for any unlawful purpose.

9. Disclaimer and no guarantees

Cadence is provided for educational purposes. We make no income, earnings or business-result claims of any kind, and this product is not a business opportunity or investment. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice and does not replace consultation with a qualified professional.

Individual results depend entirely on your own circumstances, consistency and effort. We do not guarantee any specific outcome.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Refunds

Every purchase is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for how to request one. This is in addition to any statutory right of withdrawal handled by Digistore24.

12. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of {{SELLER_COUNTRY}}, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. We may update these terms, and the current version is always published on this page with its date.
