1. Who we are

P&K SOLUÇÕES LTDA ("we", "us") operates candenceai.space and the Cadence product. We are the controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at pksolucoes1945@gmail.com. Full company details are in our Legal Notice.

2. What we collect

Order data: your name, email address, billing country and order details. Note that payment is processed by Digistore24, so we never see or store your card or bank details.
Support data: anything you write to us by email, kept so we can answer you.
Usage data: standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected by our hosting provider and any analytics we use.

Cadence is a written system delivered as documents and templates. It does not ask you to upload documents, photos or personal files to us, and any notes you write while using the templates stay with you.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

To deliver the product you bought — performance of a contract.
To provide support — performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in helping customers.
To keep records required by law (accounting, tax) — legal obligation.
To send optional marketing emails — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
To keep the site secure and working — our legitimate interest.

We share data only with providers that help us operate, and only as needed:

Digistore24 — payment processing, invoicing and order handling, as reseller.
Hosting provider — to serve this website.
Email provider — to send your access details and support replies.

These providers act as processors under contract. We do not sell your personal data.

5. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, or as required by law — for example, invoices and accounting records must be retained for statutory periods. Support emails are kept while relevant and then deleted.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email pksolucoes1945@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout and we will respond within the period required by law. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Emails and unsubscribing

You will always receive transactional emails related to your order, such as your access details and receipts. Marketing emails, if you opted in, include an unsubscribe link in every message, and you can also unsubscribe by writing to pksolucoes1945@gmail.com.
